ONE TO ONE COACHING
During coaching sessions I work with my clients to get in touch with what they need. We are all different and although there are some fundamental diet and lifestyle choices that are good for us all it is also important to understand bio individuality and therefore personalise our approach to your wellbeing.
I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

This workshop looks into why you make the food choices you make and how to finally be in control of what you eat rather than food being in control of you.
• Breathing for Sports Performance
This interactive workshop covers the science of breathing with practical exercises to develop breathing techniques that can lead to a 12% increase in sports performance.
I introduce people to the proven stress reducing benefits of meditation and a variety of different techniques so people can find the right one for them.
