Welcome to my Learn to Live EAP, we are all bio individual so need a personalised approach to wellbeing.
How does it work?
The team get to meet me through an introductory session so they can get to know me and understand the different ways I can support them.
Monthly / Quarterly wellbeing talks discussing the issues that are most important to the team from sleep to food, stress to mindset, breathing to resilience.
One-to-One coaching sessions for the team where I will support them to learn to live by bringing focus to the areas of their lives that need some balance.
