Many businesses recognise the importance of health on their success; a happier and healthier team is more productive, more focused and often, more loyal.
Before I transitioned to being a full time coach I spent 20+ years in the recruitment industry working with a variety of businesses from tech start ups to large corporates, retailers to fintechs.
Using this experience of working with hundreds of different businesses I create bespoke coaching packages and Employee Assistance Programmes, including individual coaching sessions, group presentations and workshops that are developed for the ways your teams think and live.
Working with individuals to provide a confidential and non-judgemental space where we work together to set personal goals and agree how they’ll achieve them.
I’ll be there to support them on their journey and keep them accountable to make real and lasting changes happen.
Often the cost of this programme equates to just one or two days of sick pay, so the ROI is clearly visible through reduced sickness and increased productivity.
